A number of years ago, Gwen Kvavli Gulliksen was the chef at the Getty in L.A. I don't know if they've kept up her standards, but it was excellent when she was there.

The Minneapolis Institute of Arts has a wonderful restaurant. It's more of a cafeteria, but serves innovative and inexpensive sandwiches, salads, soups and desserts.
