I cam across this recipe today:

https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/food-network-kitchen/spinach-and-artichoke-stuffed-gnocchi-17898648

I make (or buy) gnocchi fairly regularly, we love it with Puttanesca sauce. I've made ricotta gnudi and a sweet potato version but never added anything to the gnocchi itself. I feel like it would have good potential for falling apart, at least in my hands, but the idea intrigues me.

There are no reviews of the recipe…I might wait until someone attempted them.

My thoughts exactly. I did google "stuffed gnocchi" and there are multiple recipes but none from recognized sites. I suppose I should just bide my time until it becomes the newest latest and greatest. I no longer have the energy nor the inclination to make multiple versions of the same thing until I get it right!
