The Kindle version is more expensive ($19.99 in Canada)! For folks like me who sometimes prefer a hardcopy book, this is a deal. I just ordered one. 

Strangely the Kindle edition is coming up at $14.83 on amazon.ca for me. Perhaps because I have Prime?
