I was able to eke out just enough of my bread flour to make these. Amazon arrived with more as I pulled them out of the oven!
This time everything went according to plan. The liquid to dry ratios were bang on. I would be patting myself on the back loudly if it were not for one small error… Damn! I forgot to score them. But tomorrow I’m going to do it all over again. I will get this right if it kills me and it might. 
But I’m having so much fun I will die happy.
