Now that fresh rhubarb is available I wanted to recommend This recipe. It is really special.
I made it a couple days ago and it's the best recipe I've tried, the mixture of strawberries and rhubarb is just right; not too sweet and not too tart. And the thickener keeps it from being too runny.
