Hi,I want to properly introduce myself. My name is Tom Moddy. I'm new to this forum. I am a foodie and love to try new recipes.

Want to say that this forum seems a good place to learn. Glad to have found it and look forward to picking up good tips, advice and at some time in the future being able to give back.
