I found him again but this time in a rural publication called Farm Show. A nice article about him is in the Money-Making Ideas to Boost Farm Income.

He is nestled between an article about mounting a hayloft on top of a country house  and one about Hungarian sheep having amazing horns.  Yup, it is one of those "something" for everyone type publications.  Glad he is reaching a new potential audience!
