European specialist ingredients suppliers

I live in Switzerland, and I've been looking everywhere to find an online supplier for many ingredients that I need but I can't find one with (almost) all of them and that delivers in Switzerland... Does someone know a european store for modernist ingredients ?

Amazon.de can supply some, creamsupplies.co.uk has a european version of their website. There is also Biozoon.de. Alternatively you can try Modernistpantry.com. I know they are in US, but they claim to deliver worldwide.

I've been having the same problem in locating ingredients. I just happened upon a site today here in Germany - so not too far away from you. The site is - http://www.mcc-shop.com. They seem to have most of everything that we'll need.

I found a small internet spices store, based in France, that might be interesting to some of you.

But in my opinion, both website are expensive (kalis & meszepices) : i am searching (for france in europ) a website more tcheap even if i have to by bigger quantity : if somebody nows something ... ?

Look between them and compare. The prices are often much cheaper than kalis & meszepices and they all ship outside of the USA. Try to find peoples to order with you or you'll be stuck like me more stuff that you can use in your whole life!
