Portion Control Spouts in Vancouver?

I've been on the lookout for a portion control spout for liquor here in Vancouver for some time now. I used to work as a bartender and I know we'd use them and it worked excellently.

I know some online retailers sell them; but I'd much prefer buying mine from a store here in Vancouver. Can anybody direct me to a store within the GVRD that sells these spouts?
