Restaurant David Drake R.I.P?

I've recently learned that one of my favorite dining destinations in NJ has closed. A poster on another forum had noted that a sign was placed in the window indicating that they're relocating in spring. Is the relocation story the truth or is it another 'Ryland Inn' white lie?
