newcomer to fine dining

Hello.

I have a friend who is willing to sponsor a meal with me and she told me to choose the restaurant. I want this to be special for her as it will be her first time in a fine dining. The only limit is about 40-50 per person including service and excluding wine/drinks. All i care about is the number of dishes so she can have a "large" experience taste wise.

Any recommendations? It doesn't matter if its lunch or dinner. Maze looks nice with their tasting lunch menu.
