Buffalo Shrimp

Serves 4 as Hors d'oeuvre.

  • 1 lb cleaned shrimp
  • 2 T dry rub
  • 1/4 lb bacon, cut in pieces
  • 1/4 c hot sauce

celery sticks


blue cheese dressing


Dust shrimp with rub and set aside. Saute bacon until crisp, remove all but 2 T of bacon fat and saute shrimp in fat till almost done, add hot sauce and saute serve over lettuce with Blue cheese dressing, celery sticks and crumbled bacon.
