Week-long Italian Cooking Class in NYC?

Hello NYC egulleteers,

I am looking for a recommendation for week-long cooking class (prefer Italian) in NYC for a dear friend and her daughter. Daughter is leaving for college in the fall and this will be a last hurrah for the two of them before the daughter leaves for school.
