Hi,

My friend needs a caterer for a party of approximately 25 people in Cambridge. Budget is not an issue. Any recommendations? Thanks so much.

Hi there,

Check out http://www.forkliftcatering.com/

One of the chefs is an old friend, and I have eaten food prepared by both of them. Always impressive and delicious. If you do contact them, tell Jamie that Josh said hello. Dennis should remember me, too.

I'd not be surprised if either of them were members here, as well.

Let me enthusiastically recommend my friend Alberto Cabre of Tentempie Catering. He's classically trained but also offers a repetoire of creative Spanish and Latin dishes. He caters events from small dinner parties to large weddings. I really love his food, from the fancy passed hors d'oevres to the three types of paella he offered last summer at a wedding of 200 guests (people were fighting for the last of the squid ink paella, amazing).

No web site yet, but you can email him at: tentempieboston@gmail.com.
