Just caught the final twenty minutes of this show, but found it quite thought provoking especially the impact on Elwy Valley lamb, that the collapse of Tom Aikens had on them.

A huge amount of restaurants must be teetering on the verge of collapse that would clearly impact on quite a number of peoples lives.

Any thoughts?
