Fig Vinegar

Does anyone have any novel uses for fig vinegar? I received 2 bottles as a gift, and would like to know interesting uses of them.

I've never tasted it but I would guess it to be similar to Cava vinager of Spain. I like the Cava over tart Greens like collard or mustard greens.

If it's fig balsamic, it's a real delicacy on mâche or arugula, and also as part of a glaze for roasted pork.
