I'm writing an article on the research done by the aforementioned restaurants. el Bulli has its research facility, the Fat Duck has a lab attached to the restaurant, and Alinea has a house rented nearby where Mr. Achatz does his research.

I want to interview someone working in one of these labs and was wondering if anyone on this site had a connection.

I speak fluent spanish, so anyone at el Bulli wouldn't be a problem.
