Are you looking for a drink named "The Kumquat," or just drinks with kumquats as an ingredient? If the latter, there are several discussed in various different threads here.

Edit: Punctuation.

Well, there's David Nepove's Kumquat Caipiroshka.

Kumquat cocktail calls for the right implement

"Stick drinks. How's everyone coping with stick drinks?"

Not everyone at the bar knows exactly what The Professor is talking about, but he is referring to a style of drink that calls for some ingredients to be muddled together with a wooden muddler -- or stick. Enrico's Sidewalk Cafe, on Broadway at Kearny, features quite a variety of this style of drink, and The Professor first heard the term "stick drinks" from David Nepove, the bar manager there.
