I have been trying to get a smooth pistachio sorbet. But cant seems to get it to taste good. Does anyone have a good pistachio sorbet recipe?

What are you using I've only come across it once but I do believe you can get pistachio praline, a really smooth paste plenty of pistachio flavour.

Perfection cant be reached, but it can be strived for!
