Are there any cooking schools in Melbourne that offers degree or certificate programs? I'm interested in ones that will accept international students.

I'm definitely interested in taking classes there! I think they would be great supplements to the confectionery program at William Angliss.

I cannot speak highly enough of the Savour classes. I have only done the chocolate classes and they have been exceptional - I'm going back again at the end of this month for the Truffles course and there are several other courses that I'll hopefully get around to as well.
