I trained as a Chef (Cordon Bleu London & Elizabeth Russell's French Cookery School) , then cooked in Mayfair & Knightsbridge, London and Australia. I have been a food lecturer/demonstrator in the past, have worked as a registered Psychologist for 25 years, launched MightyLeaf Tea Australia and am a published children's, and cookbook writer.
