Pork country ribs sous vide and grilled. Tomato was cooked in CSO. Tomato was so ripe, it practically disintegrated but still was very tasty.

Sous vide pork with squash. Pork was a couple of end pieces from the loin that was cooked when we had people over. While not pretty, these pieces were very tasty. Pork loin was cooked at 137 degrees for 3 hours.

I can not get enough Caprese salad in the summer. Tonight's version is served on feta/cream/mayo shmear.

Left over polenta refreshed with fresh corn, tomato, cooked in CSO 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Sous vide egg which was a bit softer than I planned. Italian sausage and pork.

Pork chop cooked sous vide 137 degrees, seared. Roasted potatoes. Store bought green salsa, DH loves it.

GE hot plate and single burner for 1.50. It seems to have an option for a low temp to keep things warm.
