@jackmash I roast my own beans the green beans come from Sweet Marias geen beens keep sir some time if kept dry its not hard to roast your own. you should always grind your beans yourself, w a decent grander that matches the excretion system in quality. the type of bean ( after proper roasting ) determines the flavor of your coffee. its a personal preference sort of thing what i like , others might not. think " a bottle of wine " the wine in that bottle is constant , but different drinkers may have different reactions to its taste even coming from the same bottle at the same time. unlike wine once you get quality green beans , learn to roast , properly grind , and extract the cup that results is all yours good , great , bad. can't say that for many things these days. it does take some time to get to your ' Perfect Cup "

White Meat : SV 142.5 x 4 - 6 H then cold smoked is outstanding. tender , moist , smoky Ive done DM at the same temps , but longer I can't recall the times , but turkey , as far as I can tell does not need the long time say corned beef does to be very tender. I might have done the DM for 12. also smoked , cold smoked and it's also outstanding Soooo good , and you can't buy anything like this anywhere .

Im not sure what you mean by " roast " flavor , but I can guess : I nice aromatic crusty exterior , and a tender , possible rare interior with some chew . not a tough chew , but some chew none the less. if the meat was too tender , you kept it in the bath too long. the only way your are going to get that " Roast " taste w SV is to dry the meat and do a very quick sear. if your take too long to sear , you get medium + meat. Id concentrate on a Sv that gives you as rare a piece of meat as possible. make sure you pasteurize those Ticks. the possibly a chill and a quick sear to keep the meat rare. maybe you can buy some aerosolized " Roast Beef " aromas , which might help maybe a Roast Beef candle now there is a Kick-Starter project ! please include Roast Turkey , maybe BBQ Chickedn etc flavors.

DARTO & DHL were more forthcoming last year or when ever DARTO1 was shipping as long they get here.
