this ref comes from Sweetmaria's where i buy my green coffee beans and don't work : https://legacy.sweetmarias.com/library/new-video-air-roasts-closeup-on-roast-levels/ as Ive mentioned , their air popper is only $ 20 , and comes w 4 lbs of green coffee they select the beans , but they don't sell ' seconds ' if you enjoy your cup of coffee , Ill warn you right now you will become hooked on roasting your own , better , cheaper , and the blend is completely up to you ! pls post if you try this.

Im not sure ' regular bacon grease ' is really worth saving although we live in Intresting and challenging times its unlikely those calories are what makes a difference for most of us. up to you Id just keep the High End stuff and savor it. along w EVOO and the like. if you keep the ordinary stuff in your refrigerator or freeze it that won't hurt just in case

@Smithy I went to the site and had very little Ad-Anoyance what ever OS you use for your browser their might be an AdBlocker which you should install , carefully for Safari on a Mac there is this which I use : https://adblockplus.org it might be available for other OS's I highly recommend it that being said I cant see most embedded vids here I doubt it because of the AdBlocker maybe because FlashPlayer is a problematic add om

I wonder if the type of bacon grease matters in baking I think if might matter a lot. commercial bacon grease is one thing but ' artisanal ' bacon grease another Bentons , Broadbent etc are very very very smoky that might work or it might not.

just to chime in : Ive made pasta . that puts it in perspective I did use a cuisinart w the old fashioned metal dough hook 11 cup PrepPlus flour // salt // egg // water run until single ball rest crank italian pasta machine its down stairs done used it for ravioli and cannelloni remember : I did it , so you can too. P.S.: almost got the motor for the pasta machine then a pasta place , just fre3sh pasta , cut to order opened near by same ownership as the place I used to go to in the BOS North End.

we dont have the emojis for our current situation but what you say is quite true. Im very fortunate I have a decent amount of canned food from Target.com I got it early . My risk level is quite high. Ive got SV in the freezers. Ive got whole turkey Br's (3 ) Ill pass on to a friend , who still does some considerable cooking I couldn't find the energy to processes them to SV a character flaw for sure but they will find a Good Home. fortunately Im all out of GBP's and Eggplant which I have been for quite some time 50 ++ years ? maybe more.

Ive never been to a CostCo when it was really really busy back in the Old Days . but their was always a line of 3 - 4 very full carts bak then is this line ' social distancing ' and allowing less people in the store or are people still ' stocking up ' ? the person on the R seems to have several bundles of flavored water or soda ?

those MRE's cant be SV'd they would have to be refrigerated or frozen "" So we created Parsley Box – cupboard stored tasty meals, ordered online and delivered fast to your door. "" modern MRE's come in pouches , https://www.eversafemres.com/how-are-mres-prepared-for-such-long-lasting-shelf-life/ and seem to be boiled. although this might be a secret.

I have several pounds of factory sealed Benton's and Broadbent's bacon , in my freezer . I had space now I only use the " Seasoning " stuff , mostly bacon but some ham. I also keep that Fz , and sealed I open the bag , take out what I need , ' process ' for the end result ( sliced , chopped etc ) then soak in cold water for a bit to remove some of the salt. then use I also have a vacuum sealer , so I seal up that same bag , and pot it back in the freezer. mostly because I can.

@Ann_T Id love to try your version of Greek pizza w potatoes I bet Id love it . anything w potatoes has to be worth a taste [ed.: usual standard rules always apply : no GBP and no eggplant ]
