I decided to work a little more w my TurkeyMeatLoaf and make it very easy to make for sandwiches etc. I did this w ShadyBrookFarms ground turkey but didn't take any pics was at Tj's so tried their version its 16 oz vs 22 oz for SBF about the same price : Mise : TJ's GT , Pyrex Advantage pan ( non-stick , and it is ) and Penzey's Chicago Steak seasonings; open the package , dumping the Pyrex season top only w CSS . nothing else . bake CSO steam 375 F @ 50 minutes took the pan out sorry for so much color variation ThermaPen'd 200 F they was a fair amount of moisture in the pan , which evaporated while cooling. this GT was thinner than SBF its a little dry , but very tasty. next time using these simple techniques Ill stick to SBF as its thicker , and watch the temp more closely pull @ 180 f or so. tastier than HighSalt Deli ' ham ' which was the point.I was looking fo. no mixing , no binders ,egg etc. got the simple job done.

Yep. High end restaurant expensive and used over and over again daily to re-coup the cost so very durable. and the places that had a PacoJet had a Blast freezer.

PacoJet's patents must have expired. those blades are so similar they would be making lawyers salivate otherwise.

Tj's was empty this AM I usually blitz , and haven't been there in a while so I poked around on just a little and got these : Id forgotten TJ's has a large honey selection ' enough for me ' canned fish selection I tasted the honey , it was superb. Ill google the Dorage after i try them

I didn't want the coffee to be really really good. just a stop-gap measure to get me to try to clean my Roaster. as you know w home roasting you will eventually create your own blend roasted to your Personal Roast Level and as good as early good carefully roasted coffe is. that personal blend is better than what you can get anywhere else

aromas are probably molecules some complex , that you cannot see. Smoke is particulate , and you can see smoke. it has to have an impact on AirQuality in my case , an improvement ( ? ) I live in a Coffee House for about 24 hours or less. nice . I do open the windows , and have a fan.

I was going to Vac the item above then I though , Why waste a ChambeVac bag ? they cost about $ 0.04 or maybe a little less.

I roast my own coffee and have for some time. currently I have to take the front off my roaster and clean the lens on the temp sensor. might need three hands , but I might not I tried Tea for a few days probably made it two strong then there is this : 10 minutes away. 6:05 AM no one there but behind the counter staff ( 2 ) which is important to me $ 12.95 / lbs. said to be the darkest they have I am not a coffee snob , but I know a bit about the Coffee Process : GreenBean ==> Cup. I opened this , it had a sl vacuum. the beans has some aroma but not much. ground it for drip , and the grounds had no aroma what so ever. Nada . made The Cup. same amount as w HomeRoast. Thin. no coffee flavor what so ever. I knew it was not Black Tea because : 1 ) it looked like coffee beans , and went through my grinder 2 ) no tannins what so ever. guess I better plan to clean my roaster very very soon. I got this hoping it would overcome some activation energy on my part , and get the job done. if this doesn't do it , noting will.

this shape might work well w a carbonara w lots of carbonara sauce. but @ 5 USD // lbs plus shipping Ill stick w other shapes .

I personally love charcuterie . adding quality bread and ripe tomatoes and a few other add-ins as good as it gets. -

indeed. there was a television episode in a series that I can't quite remember the name about the unloading and reloading of a Carnival style ship in Florida. the volume of people , baggage , massive food pallets was surreal , and timed down to the minute.

remmen ber the Coffe Cam ? back when the internet was young you could watch a coffee pot @ CalTech and one @ SF State. riveting . Carnival would install a BaconCam for BaconDays. Carnival is going to run out of Bacon just sooner using this method. my 2 cents.

as I read the article : "" Heald made it clear that the company won't be rationing bacon. "We are not going to ration you and say you can only have one piece. '' love to see how many pieces people take on BaconDay. saving some for tomorrow ? after all , its the FoodTroughs that attract many , Id say.
