Actually Riedel makes a restaurant grade Bordeaux .. Very Nice Spiegelau-- Makes a decent glass Grassel Glass seems to be up and coming Zalto's are nice You can go to Bed bath and beyond, get multi pack glass. Also u can test the rims. Im kinda a rim man and stem dude. Good luck

Thats why we mircowave them in a tea towel..enough moisture to get them Pliable.... I heat my tortillas.. with copper difusers!!

Had some cherry tomatoes.. no this is hot/ I kinda stewed them till they were just ready to pop / I dont like tomato skins/ and have figured a way to de skin cherry ones/ so these bust with flavor when you bit them BTW its. Arugula and I pickled some arugula stems to add also

I think we used it in Posole.. In the broth and bits added back. we used tongue/ears/ snout/ toes and a Pork loin-- Rosario always said her daughters would never eat the fore mentioned body parts!! Lingua taco's would work too

I would gravitate towards a spanish/ mexican dish!! It leaves my mind , that my relative used it in some type of soup.

Got mine about 2 months ago/ had been back ordered for 4-6 months/ Have the cover too. After I use mine and it cools ..I take my leaf blower to clean it all out
