Big sandwiches Roasted chicken thighs Quesadillas to use up a bit of leftover prime rib. Some pretty good tamales from Misfits to go with. Roasted quail with spinach and a mushroom pasta thing that was really good and I'll never be able to replicate because I just threw stuff together lol.

Once again, it's Valentine's Day. I re-read this whole thread. Boy was I so much more on the ball years ago than I am now. Who was that person back then???? LOL I made so much food yesterday for Super Bowl and I really didn't think further out than that. I'm sure Ronnie won't turn down prime rib or steaks. Probably will SV if he picks steaks because it's supposed to pour rain tomorrow. I have some foie frozen so that might come out. The star will be the strawberries from my cleaning angel last summer that I hoarded and froze. Just simple over angel food cake with some fresh whipped cream.

That was a fun and exciting game! I made way too much food. I know what I'm having for breakfast lol. 7 layer dip Shrimp cocktail Wings. Instead of drenching them in the hot wing sauce (I made it instead of using store bought) I did the sauce on the side. Also had little smokies and rotel cheese dip. I've been hoarding one can of sour cherries. They are hard to find and expensive right now. Made a small galette for dessert.

Bean Club box came today--don't look if you don't want a spoiler. Interested in the Rebosero bean. I think that's a new one for me.

I use this recipe . Only change I make is after cutting the breast in half lengthwise I use my meat mallet pounder thingy to make it a bit thinner (the chicken breasts we get around here are usually huge).

@DejahI loved steamed fish and yours looks amazing. Like you, we rarely catch fish that is thick enough to do that with. Managed to over cook the eggs the other night. Still good to me, but not Ronnie's favorite. Jalapeno cheddar brats. I used the air fryer on the onion rings. Good stuff. Spaghetti night Grocery store had chicken breasts on sale for 88 cents per lb. I never used to buy breasts but I've grown to like them now. Versatile .....and especially good SV'd. I did a chicken piccata night before last. Pizza night last night.

These are my most hoarded right now. Wild artichokes that I get from Zingerman's. They are currently $20 a jar. I can't tell you how many times I've taken them out of the cabinet and then put them back in, unopened.

I just watched this. It's outstanding. Best movie I've seen in a long time. It's funny, smart and very dark. I laughed out loud several times. Edited to say it's very VERY dark.

The good thing is you don't have to order every week....just don't fill up your cart and it automatically skips you.

I'm not sure yet...need to peruse. Last year was hard--leg, then leg again, then poison ivy...it just wasn't my year. And apart from that the tomato year was terrible--which truly was a blessing because I was not up to my usual preserving. I know we want tomatoes, green beans, corn... Need to sit down and figure it out. I'm super late this year.
