This could be the best name of a drink ever.

Yeah, do the steam test...and then eggs. You will be amazed.

Welcome to you...and all of the others....to the IP side. PS--The prime does come in handy should you forget to cancel....

I've been wanting to make popsicles like bluedolphin but I lacked the proper equipment. I have rectified that. Tovolo ice pop molds. Reg. $16 on sale for $8.33.
-
The big set of Modernist Cuisine is on sale for 4 hours. Reg. price $533 on sale for $406.

Gourmia GSV-550 9 quart Sous Vide Water Oven Cooker with Digital Timer and Temperature Controls Includes Rack, Stainless Steel Reg. $129.99 on sale for $103.99 for 2 hours. Not a huge discount but thought I'd point it out.

Well, technically, I have one IP and one Cuisinart (the Cuis. doesn't do yogurt or slow cook, so I really like the IP better). I will keep one of the IP's I bought today and I am going to give one to my mother in law for her birthday or Christmas. Sooooo, that's 2 IP's and one Cuis. lol. I really like the size of that cheesecake pan. Glad you got one Glad I'm continuing the enabling that Rotuts started.
-
Just blame me. I have big shoulders. I bought it, too.

This is a good deal. If you have an Instant Pot, these pans fit perfect are great for making cheesecake. I spent $10 on the same pan last December. Wilton 6x2 3/4 springform pan $7.66

I don't know if this is a good price or not. I can't remember what they were on sale for directly from Anova. Anova Culinary PCB-120US-K1 Bluetooth Precision Cooker, Black--$143.10 for 2 hours. Says the regular price is $179.00. Just putting the deals on here as I run across them. It's hard shopping from my easy chair in the living room.

LOL. Well, if it won't change my life, then maybe I better just hold off. I can "borrow" it from Amazon for $41. The usual price is $105.
-
Yeah it's the At Home. Still debating. Sigh. Amazon prime day is hard on me.
-
I guess most of you guys have Modernist Cuisine already. I do not. It's on sale at Amazon for $78.75 for an hour. I am debating.
-
I'd love to know how many IP's Amazon sells today.
-
Not much gets me out of bed at 4 a.m. I bought one. I can't resist $70 and free shipping. Then I logged into Ronnie's account and bought another. I need an intervention.

Oh Wayne, I LOVE swiss chard. I first had it when I was a kid. So buttery and good. I can count on one hand the times that I've eaten it. I don't think it will grow very well here. Too hot. LOOK (remember a couple years ago when I was taking boxes of zucchini to the campground and leaving...hoping that I didn't get caught lol) We ate the first one last night. Good stuff.

I hope the acute MI patient is ok. I have an acute fear of hospitals so I feel for that person. OH those berries are awesome. The first thing I would make? Pancakes. More berries than batter Then I'd have as many fresh as I could with cream...or yogurt. Then I would save some if I could ...and had...one of those freeze dry machines. Then, if there were any left I'd make a syrup or a jam and can it.

'Nother pork person here. Pork roast done in the IP--but used the slow cook function. Collards from the garden and taters.

My husband has been wanting another one of these--I've made probably four and he loves 'em. Anyway, my IP is busy doing a pork roast so I did the banana bread in the Cuis. pressure cooker. Same recipe, same pan, same time same everything except in a different pressure cooker that has a non-stick liner. Well, I'll let the picture speak for itself. I didn't know one could burn something steamed lol. I have to leave for a bit ...when I get back I'll take it out and see what it looks like inside. It's smells like banana gingerbread.

Oh man. Great job on the diet! I should do that, too. Life right now is extremely stressful for us. I took my BP the other day and I about fell over. Hang in there and hopefully you'll be back to 'mater sammies soon. Toasted sweet taters? Sliced thin and then put in the oven?

Thank you!!! I need to post pics from after the hailstorm and compare to now pics. I am amazed at how well it bounced back. It's definitely stunted, but it's trying. The onions were ok anyway....except for the green parts and the cuke plants are kind of protected by a tree so they didn't get hurt too badly. I'm just thrilled to have anything be edible out of there

Wow, John, those look awesome!!! Great job!

That does look really good, Rututs. Here is where the Cuis will live. When I use it I pull it out and to the left a bit. It balances out nicely because the Breville is in the exact same place on the opposite side of the counter.
