  10. Baba Ghanoush with some flour tortilla chips that I made in the CSO (really good---crisp on the outside, puffy in the middle). My first time making Ghanoush (I think). If I've made it before, I've blocked it out. I like it!
  11. Nope, not a bit crispy....but still good.
  12. I make these...well, too much lol. They are SO good. I actually fry mine first....soak wings in buttermilk...dredge in spiced up flour...quick fry in oil. Put in the IP and brush with the butter/Franks and do on high pressure for the same 10 mins. SUPER good.
  13. STOP SHOWING ME THIS PORNOGRAPHY. (yeah the brazil game was awesome) Do I need a fryer? No...I have a deep fryer that lives in the basement. I don't need this. But it looks awesome. Difficulty in cleaning would put me off, though.

    Lol, yes. I had some frozen that Ronnie smoked for a bit. Thawed them out. Put them in IP with a cup of water (ribs on the rack so they are not sitting in the water). High pressure for 50 mins. Then on to a tray and into the Breville for a broil with BBQ sauce. The CSO was busy cooking the corn .
  20. Yes, immediate release....take taters out and let them cool in a bowl.. put eggs in ice water. I just had some for breakfast.
  21. IP made most of my meal last night..... Truly makes the best potato salad. Peeled and diced taters in a strainer basket with 3 eggs on top. 1 1/2 cups of water, high pressure for 4 minutes. Taters and eggs perfect. After that, I did my ribs.

  25. It truly has to be something that we can't control--like the egg yolk is a tad smaller etc.
