  1. I'm not sure why the shot about a 'private chocolate club'? We like to help each other out here in the learning process and I think what @curls is asking is whether you are posting all these pictures because you might have issues that you want us to help you with or if you are just showing off what you have made? Are you having any problems that we might be able to help you with?

  4. Larb was certainly the motivation for getting some of this ground pork - as well as gyoza.
  5. Yup - egg whites whipped until approaching dry, yolks and a bit of cream immersion blended, fold together - pour into hot buttered pan - once bottom starting to blow some bubbles up the side it's probably getting brown - bung in the oven for 10 minutes or so. (400º F)

  11. In this country you can't have open liquor bottles in the car. So everything we have here that is open - has to stay here.

  17. They’ve got you by the short and curlies if you aren’t prepared to pick your own. I’ve picked my share when I was younger.
  18. Not medical actually - it was canned Freeze Spray that Chef Rubber used to sell. I was wrong - they still have it here.
  19. 3 quarts cost me $55 - a lot for sure.
