You've just had a heat wave there haven't you? But by fall I'm sure that will be gone! I'd recommend the wine fridge at ∼13-17º C - you want them about 10º C lower than room temperature.

I've been on call since 6 pm today - I spent about 2 1/2 hours at the hospital sorting a few things out - drove back down to the dock the sailor who had forgotten to put on his boat shoes and went up on a wet deck earlier this morning (3 broken ribs). Since then for some reason I went down the rabbit hole and have been going back through my very first blog from Manitoulin here. I think it might have been a picture or something that led me back there - but it's been 2 hours and I'm finally back to 2018. I've had a couple of calls since then - but nothing I've had to go back in for - so I'm hoping for a civilized night. Saturday of Haweater weekend that can be a bit of a crapshoot.

He's just playing. He doesn't use this method in production - just wanted to see how it would fly. But if there was a workaround to the flavor of the acid and base it might just be a viable decorating method. And if not it would still be fun!

Don't underprice for sure! When someone comes in and tells you how many Hershey (I guess I should make that Cadbury given your location) bars they can get for the same price - smile, bite your tongue and give them a little sample so they'll remember what they are missing when they buy that next bar.

I would have thought that too warm would give you more liquid rather than thick paste though. Had it separated into oil and solids? If the whole mass was a thick paste then I'd be thinking water (via humidity). Another thing though - by praline you mean caramelized sugar with nuts?

The Chocolate Buttercream I adapted from Fine cooking uses whole eggs and extra yolks - I make it with just whole eggs.
