Ann, I read your earlier posts and realized Moe is your husband's name. OMG, there is a restaurant chain called "Moe's." Every time a customer walks in, they say "welcome to Moe's." Yes, I am excited to take the class; it's in September though. Pquinene, I refer to our home as Moe's Diner. Today's breakfast Egg Biryani.

That's a nice presentation ... are the croutons homemade? Thanks Shel, Yes, homemade croutons.

Potato Leek Soup is a family favourite. I use chicken broth rather than water. I saute garlic in with the potatoes and leeks and I season with fresh thyme. Finished with heavy cream.

The peameal bacon was fried in the cast iron skillet. The potatoes were double fried first in a different pot. Then they were added to the skillet and tossed with the bacon and green onion. Added the eggs and then baked in a 400°F oven.

Steve, great looking dinner. I want to pick up that soup and sip it. MM, you must really have a steady hand. David, I also use russets but I cut the balls from a raw potato using a melon baller. Roasted a whole turkey breast. Turkey dinner with all the sides. Instead of a stuffing I made a German Bread Dumpling, poached (Serviettenknodel) with traditional sage dressing seasoning .
