About Me
I started in foodservice at 14 working as a short order cook/ cashier went from there to the local Chinese takeout, pizzaria, BK, supermarket, took some classes at the community college got duped into running a ski lodge snack counter by the age of 21. Moved into deli and gourmet catering...gift baskets etc, currently doing corporate dining for an independant....no Sodexho for me. Right back where I started short order cook. Married a few times ...daughter in college. We live in a real log cabin in a small private lake community and I spend my weekends motorcycle touring with my husband on a Honda Valkyrie
