first homemade meal after 2 weeks of traveling. Checken legs and thighs poached and shredded with chipotle and tomatillo sauce. Topping were avocado, sour cream and minced onion, jalapeño, and cilantro

dinner last night. pan seared kurabota pork chops with spicy vinegar peppers. sauce made from some liquid from the jar, garlic parsley a little water and butter. sliced and plated with roasted fennel

lunch yesterday. red pepper, orange pepper, grape tomatoes, Persian cucumbers, radish, sweet onion and feta. dressing apple cider vinegar, good oilive oil and some maldon salt. dressed in the am and ate at my desk 1pm.

been on this greek salad kick. persian cucumber, radish, red pepper, sweet onion, grape tomatoes, feta. dressing apple cider vinegar and olive oil. the container with salad weighed almost a pound.

dinner last night. reverse sear a 2" thick rib steak. With serious eats brussels sprouts with kim chee fish sauce and honey- didn't have any fresh mint to add. and a cru beaujolais from Dutraive

I made duck confit and then Cassoulet for Christmas. We served 13 people and there is frozen leftovers for 4 people. other meats in the cassoulet were the shredded confit, pork ribs, ventrache (french pancetta) and cubed boneless pork butt. plated with a salsa verde and one of the many bottles enjoyed Vilmart champagne

in this pile of food is a skinless bone in chicken thigh. a can of san marzano tomatoes, bacon, shiitake mushrooms fresh rosemary,, thyme and parsley. it was very tasty.

dinner last night. with grilled NY Strip a couple of sides from Alison Roman "nothing fancy" roast squash with yogurt and nuts and tomato with anchovy and fennel.

Shrimp cooked in garlic, tomato sauce with smoked paprika and red pepper flakes. Topped with a little panko, feta italian parsley and olive oil. broiled until browned and crisp
