    Burger King

Here's the Burger King Poutine. They now serve a poutine with a deconstructed Whopper on top of it. No squeak but hot and tasty.
  7. I haven't seen that colour fat on a steak in ages. Did you lick the plate?
  8. My Mom receives a basket every year from her family down east. Last year's included a sampler of flavoured maple syrups. There are always a jar of jam or lemon curd. I love the homemade fudge and goodies that are sent. She has sent (over the years) specialties from the East Coast which are a delight to receive. Would you consider sending some of your canned items or would the recipients have their own canned veg or sauce? You are a trooper to do this for your customers!
  9. Thank you both so much for sharing your travels and your lunches. I really enjoy your posts.
  10. I would have my nose pressed to the Woolworth's window months in advance to my birthday. Would I want a yellow or choc. cake..what colour icing, what colour roses..it was a big deal for me. The cake was pretty good too.
  11. I love seeing the Humpty Dumpty and Sealtest brand names. Brings back memories.
  12. Surprising to me..Cinnamon Bun. Loved them. Wasn't sure about a sweet chip as my fav has always been bbq but it works.
  13. I tried the Bacon Poutine ones. I ate the whole bag so I guess they were ok. I would like more of a gravy flavour. The bacon and cheese were prominent. Not sure about cinnamon flavoured but who knows what I'll try next.

  16. The one with attitude lost out to a cooking instructor. I need to see more episodes. They have really good judges which is nice.
  17. Really no difference to regular Chopped. It was quite predictable.
  18. So any thoughts on the first episode? I like the fact that there was a grill next to each stove. I have never heard of mac and cheese loaf.
  19. I tried the poutine too. It was sad to look at and sad to eat. Burger King's poutine is much better.
  20. I'll watch it and see what it's like. Will check out Masterchef Canada too.
