Bobby Rubino's caters for ribs and such, but I don't know if they'll go that far north, as they're based in Pompano Beach. They do a good job. (No, I'm not affiliated, I just drink there occassionally!)
Petite diced tomatoes, Old Bay seasoning or Lawrey's Seasoned Salt. Or, leave out the pepper and go to the sweet side with golden raisins and toasted walnuts or pecans.
On the east side of Fl, they're marketed as "Lite" and "Lower Fat" in the grocery stores. They're blah, but not terrible, as long as they're ripe! Very watery taste, though.
Snark! Was the crust at all gummy where it hit the filling? That is some wild looking hot mustard; I can ALMOST smell it from here, and my eyes are watering!
