So, Chinese New Year is almost upon us. And I am looking for a GREAT dessert to top off a multi course meal. Ideally, it would use some of the good chocolate left over from Valentine's Day, but not be too heavy. And something that could be done in advance since it gets a little hectic.

Do you have any suggestions for me? Thanks so much.

If you're looking for something traditional, I would say one of the Chinese dessert "soups". My favorite is tapioca in coconut milk. Red bean soup is a popular one, with many variations.

Thanks so much for all the great suggestions. I really like the soup idea and I am going to see if I might have a piggy mold -- I think I have an old farm animal set somewhere! I have never had the luck I wish I could have with moon cakes, but did figure on some almond fortune cookies. Thanks!

Mochi filled with chocolate and rolled with black/white sesame seeds? Or instead of rolling them with sesame seeds, you could serve them in a sweet soup. You could prepare the mochi in advance :)
