rosie, is bobolink actually selling grass-fed beef, rather than cheese from grass-fed cows? i hope it's the former (as well as the latter).

Bobolink is selling:

grass fed beef and cheese from the milk of grass fed cows.

Hey Rosie, any idea what happened at Zarole? We obviously havent been there in a while, but it seemed pretty popular when we were around them parts..

All I heard is that they closed because business was not good and they weren't making money. The space is for rent.

I haven't heard about Bobolink in a while... John used to own Egg Farm Dairy, right? I worked with him a few times during my time at CIA... He was very nice, and their cheese was fantastic!

[Rosie]

Yes. Jonathan worked at Egg Farm Dairy and YES his cheeses are fantastic. We used to have an eGullet pot luck picnic there and many of us went home with memorable cheeses and breads as well as full stomachs!
