I just took a look at this chart, for inspiration...not very inspiring! Once again, it was smart to turn it into a lobster celebration. Coral? If I was married 35 years, I'd be looking for more than coral..though perhaps if it was accompanied by a trip to Cozumel, a private sail boat to a secluded cove, diving lessons, etc....Tha alternative is jade..which might mean a trip to Guangzhou, which could work....ok, ok, I can see how this list might be inspirational, but the food theme is better!

OK, we stocked up on Kellers, but upgraded to the huge lobsters at $5.99/lb. This seemed like a pretty good price for the big boys, which in the past I've paid ~$12-15/lb for them. Over to Cooking for the how to cook'm question.
