I have one of these silicone molds and would like to cut it in half for ease of use.

Is it possible to cut these without destroying the tray?

Yep, I've cut all of mine in half.

Thanks!

Mine have fiberglass threads running through them, like silpats. Which means you've got to be careful about exposing them to food.

Just a thought..

Yeah, that's why I was asking since I know that you can't cut silpats. These do appear to be of a different construction i.e. a single flexible material rather than a laminate.
