Are there any special features on them or are they just the straight episodes of No Reservations as they aired?

It would be nice if any of the cut stuff was in there. In the New Jersey episode, a lot of content was unused, particularly the stuff with Jose' in Newark.

Wish he could  get 'Decoding Ferran Adria"  released as well.

I thought that was in the works. I read someplace, maybe here, that it was going to be released in conjuntion with a food event Bourdain was attending. Maybe it was overseas only.

For as much as I'm looking forward to buying a dvd or two of No Reservations, I would love to see an uncut version. Or at least a release with outtakes or something.

Yes, I'm spoiled. I like my dvds to have extras.
