You have been a great help in the past.

Do you know where I can get Saucisson in NJ?

Merci,

Bob

D'Artagnan. To avoid the $20 S & H charge (which they will charge you even if you are 30 minutes away), you can pick up the items at their warehouse in Newark. It's not in a bad area and was a pretty painless process.

Bob,

Try the saucisson in the fall/winter, sliced and pan grilled with a good bunch of slow cooked lentille de pouys and a nice bottle of cotes-du-rhone.

Phil,

Thanks, I will try it. I also heard about another great place to buy. Fabrique Delices in CA. www.fabriquedelices.com

Bob,

Thanks and you can also find D'Artagnan products in local markets in the meat or gourmet section. Found the saucisson yesterday at my local ShopRite in Flemington.

All my best,

Phil
