If you eat greens, then it's probably ok to start some lettuce, chard and spinach. Put up a little cover on the pots, just while germinating, and again when temps get to be frosty. A milk jug, with the bottom cut off and the lid removed, can be inverted to make a tiny greenhouse. I'm setting garlic next week.
