Interesting experiment - using a Brita filter to improve the quality of cheap vodka. But after you pay for the filter(s), wouldn't it be easier just to buy better vodka?

Well, in theory Britas should last about as long on Vodkas as they do on water so several tens of litres at least can be filtered through before the activated charcoal runs out. Divide that by $20 or so for the filter and thats only pennies per bottle.
