In the 1970s some children of transplanted southerners in upstate New York began mispronouncing "tuna casserole" as "tuna uck", resulting in a successful and immediate evolution of the childspeak lexicon surrounding dishes containing canned cream of mushroom soup in that region, I mean neighborhood. :huh:
