I just discoverd muscovado sugar, could you please tell me what do you think about this sugar and do you have any cocktails recipes with ?

I'd think about drinks with rum. What about recipes that use brown sugar?

I understand this sugar is lovely in coffee and tea too.

I haven't tried this type of sugar, yet so I'm not exactly sure if it would be a good substitute for brown sugar. :wacko: But I would manage to say it may provide a different and pleasing nuance, so why not?
