Hello e-Gulleteers,

Melissa & I always been observers and readers of NJ e-Gullet for sometime now. We have noticed how many passionate diners as well as restaurant industry people there are that read and post.

Our first post is actually two fold:

We want to thank everyone for all their kind and detailed summaries of their experience with us and with other restaurants that we have tried due to all or your recommendations. Second, we want to appeal to those passionate cooks out there reading e-Gullet that Restaurant Nicholas is seeking you out for a position that has come available. Benefits are offered as well as a positive learning/work environment.

You can fax your resume's to 732-345-5225 or call 732-345-9977 if you are interested in joining our team.

Sincerely,

Nicholas & Melissa Harary

Hey there Melissa. Tabla will never be the same without you!

Nicholas has one of the best reputations of any restaurant in the region, so this would be a terrific opportunity for a cook. I predict there will be a lot of applications.

Excuse me but the best restaurant in New Jersey is White Manna. Everybody knows that Nicholas is number two.

That may be true but since I haven't been to White Manna yet my pick for #1 at this time is Nicholas.

Hello Rosie & Steven!

Thank you for saying that, both of you! Nicholas and I just dined at Tabla two Monday's ago and it was very good! I have to say, it's more exciting having my own restaurant now! Hopefully, Steven, if you are ever traveling into the shore area of NJ, you will stop by and see us. It's not Tabla (or White Manna) but we're having fun here!
