I have some Australian recipes that call for No. 9 Chicken or No. 15 chicken. I am assuming this is a sizing method. Can anyone translate this into pounds or kilograms? Thanks. Anna N

Size 9 is 900 grams. Size 10 is 1kg. Size 11 is 1.1kg. Etc.

Thank you, Steven. Anna N
