Ravioli di zucca. Filling of roasted butternut and acorn squashes, toasted hazelnut paste, nutmeg, pepper, parmesan, thyme. 

Finished with brown butter, fried sage, hazelnuts, parmesan, pepper.

Chardonnay and salad.
