The French aren't on this list, which I find curious.

I thought the French consumption of beer was about equal to their wine intake, which has raised national identity questions, what with the French convinced of their excellence in all things gastronomic, and all.

Apparently it's easier still to dictate the conversation and in effect, kill the conversation.

Hmm. That's odd. I've found that the thought of ANY beer makes me want to drink beer. Speaking of which, I'll be leaving the office now.
